Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online store. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

All prices are final prices in Euro (or your store currency) and include applicable taxes where required by law. Shipping costs may apply and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries

If goods arrive damaged or parts are missing, this must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our customer service and provide photos of the damage or missing items. We will arrange a replacement or find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Liability

We are fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages.

11. Final Provisions

If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
